Employee Referral Program
Through the Employee Referral Award program, staff will receive a referral bonus award if they refer qualified candidates to fill a current job vacancy and Peritus, Inc. subsequently employs the referred individual.
Should the candidate accept employment with Peritus, Inc. and work for at least 60 days, the referring employee will be eligible to receive a award of $500 for the successful referral. The referral award is paid by Peritus, Inc.

• Programmer Analyst, job duties include: Develop and design solutions that meet system and security requirements for all technology systems used by the company. Responsible for updating, modifying and testing of the company’s website using .Net Framework. Provide assistance in MS SQL Server database design, development and enhancement for the existing database application. Use .Net and PL/SQL. Generate reports using CONREP and SSRS. • Consultant, Job duties include: Engage in design, configuration and customization of SAP systems for clients. Will work with multiple SAP modules including QM, LE, PP, MM, and SD. • Consultant (Software Engineer, Applications), Job duties include: Engage in the analysis, design and development of JAVA/J2EE based applications. Will use J UNIT and Rational Tool Kit.
